Robert J. Fuller, JD, MBA, is an attorney with the Fuller Law Office, LC, in Eden, Utah. His civil litigation career and trial practice started as an associate attorney with the law office of Robert B. Sykes & Associates in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Fuller’s experience includes a variety of jury trials in both the state and federal court systems, including auto accidents, wrongful death, civil rights, medical malpractice, dog bite injuries, and contract disputes. He has argued appeals before the Supreme Court of Utah, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Fuller also participates in a number of alternative dispute resolution programs. Robert and his family members continue to operate the Evergreen Ranch, LC, in Eden, Utah, a sixth generation family farm.
